I have long experience in providing high quality, well illustrated Condition & Prognosis Medical Reports in cases of Personal Injury within my fields of specialist expertise, involving Clients aged 3 upwards. I will also provide Condition & Prognosis Reports in cases of alleged Clinical Negligence but not Reports covering Breach of Duty or Causation.
I see Clients within 3 - 5 weeks of receipt of a Letter of Instruction (often sooner) and dispatch the illustrated Report within 3 - 5 weeks of the Client's attendance for their appointment (again often sooner).
My Claimant: Defendant ratio is 49.5%: 49.5%, the remaining 1% being Single Joint Expert Reports.
