Personal injury, condtion and prognosis. The type of case that I can assist in is usually an elderly person with multiple co-morbidities who is restricted in attending conventional consulting rooms so my preferred method of assessment is a home visit with relatives present or if in a residential care home, with the opportunity to discuss the clinical care with the nursing staff. I do not undertake cllinical negligence work for events occurring after December 2021.
