Dr Philip Briggs is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS registered valuer, and member of the Expert Witness Institute. He acts as an independent expert witness and consultant to international business and real estate sectors.
He is a Director of Auriga Associates, based in the UK, which offers consultancy services to business and private clients on an international basis, with experience of conducting business and leading organisations in Europe, CIS, UAE and US.
He is a RICS registered valuer with wide experience of preparing reports on all asset types of real estate and being cross-examined in court.
