I am an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and Deputy Superintendent with senior responsibility for clinical governance, professional standards, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across a multi-site community pharmacy organisation. I also have a MA in Law.

I provide independent, objective, and evidence-based expert opinion in civil matters relating to community pharmacy practice, including professional negligence, medicines safety, prescribing, supervision, governance systems, and regulatory compliance.

I hold a Master’s degree in Law (Distinction) and have completed formal Civil Expert Witness Training with Bond Solon, including instruction on CPR Part 35 duties, report writing, and giving expert evidence

EXPERT WITNESS EXPERIENCE
• Available for instruction in civil litigation, pre-action advice, and case screening
• Experienced in reviewing pharmacy records, SOPs, policies, and witness statements
• Provide balanced opinion on whether practice met reasonable professional standards at the material time
• Experienced in identifying systemic vs individual failings
• Able to advise on causation, contributory factors, and remedial actions (where appropriate)
