With more than 20 years of clinical, educational, and governance experience, she provides clear, balanced, and evidence‑based expert opinion in cases involving non‑surgical cosmetic procedures, non-surgical aesthetic complications, practitioner competence, and standards of care.

Sharon has extensive experience working with aesthetic manufacturers as a KOL, contributing to product evaluation, clinical education, and safe‑practice guidance, particularly within the field of dermal fillers, where she has a specialist interest and long-standing teaching portfolio.

She has held senior leadership roles within national professional bodies, including serving as Past Vice Chair of BAMAN (British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses) and currently as Vice Chair of DANAI (The Dermatology Aesthetic Nurses Association Ireland). These positions reflect her commitment to raising standards, shaping policy, and supporting practitioners across the sector.
