Seth Roberts and other consultants at Hayes McKenzie have significant experience of over 100 expert witness cases between them. Seth Roberts is able to act as an expert witness, providing and presenting evidence to assist with a range of situations including but not limited to:

• Compensation claims under part 1 of the Land Compensation Act 1973;
• Claims under the Noise Insulation Regulations 1975;
