I undertake assessments in Public and Private Law proceedings, immigration assessments. I am trained in PAMS, AGE assessments. I undertake Form F and PAR assessments. I have an expertise in undertaking overseas assessments in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Saudi Arabia as well as other countries. I qualified in social work in 1992 after I set up an Asian’s women’s refuge in London. I am a member of NAGALRO and a member of the British Association of Social Work. I am a Mental Health Foundation Adviser for the Mental Health Foundation in London. I assess social workers returning to practice and who wish to register for Social Work England. I have extensive experience in immigration assessments, I assess on the best interests of children who are being forced to return with their parents to countries of origin for their parent(s). I also assess adults within a range of immigration proceedings including Social Circumstance reports for adults (elderly, adults with disability and neurodiversity issues). I have a wide range of social work expertise in the UK and abroad. I also have expertise in child and adolescent mental health in the area of eating disorders, autism, and attachment issues. I have worked in Child and Adolescent Mental health services Tier 3 and Tier 4.
