Alex qualified in 2013. He was awarded the Nuffield Medal and a letter of commendation for his performance in the FRCA examination. He was appointed as a consultant anaesthetist at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in 2022, and completed the European Diploma of Regional Anaesthesia in 2024.
His interests and expertise lie in airway management, ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia, paediatric ENT surgery and the use of total intravenous anaesthesia.
Alex has written several publications and co-authored a book. He has completed expert witness training through the Expert Witness Institue of which he is an Associate Member.
