With over 20 years of industry experience on site on various construction developments, I provide expert guidance and representation in complex construction dispute across the UK. As a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a focus on contract administration, I offer authoritative support to legal teams, contractors, developers, and clients navigating the challenges of construction related conflict. I also provide services on live projects to include quantity surveying, employers agent and contract administration.

I hold an RICS Diploma in Construction Adjudication and the RICS Expert Witness Certificate, equipping me with the rigorous technical and procedural knowledge required to act impartially and effectively in high-stakes dispute environments.

My expertise includes:

• Providing Expert Witness Reports on matter of quantum and professional standards.

• Support solicitors and counsel with clear, robust analysis of complex construction matters.

• Advising on project delivery risks, variation claims and payment disputes.

• Representing Employers in my role as Employer's Agent, ensuring contract compliance and cost control.

• Traditional Quantity Surveying services throughout the RIBA Stages, including from site identificaiton, through planning, procurement and tender, contract award, construction phase, handover, and end of defects period for employers, developers, contractors and subcontractors.

• Construction and project experience on large complex developments including commercial, retail, education, defence, residential, hospitality and care homes.

I am also a serving Magistrate in the Family Court, which has honed in my skills in impartial decision-making and courtroom etiquette; qualities I bring to every professional engagement.
