He is a registered RICS valuer and undertakes; RICS Building survey, RICS Home buyers report and RICS condition report

He has been accountable for all property related services- including  a mix tenure property stock of 670 properties. Responsible for all compliance, health and safety, capital works, technical surveying, maintenance, call center management and voids. Has produced a 5,10- and 20-year program of works including retrofitting properties, stock condition survey and internals upgrade program. Managing all disrepairs inspections and producing survey reports with detailed specifications of works. Carrying out Asset inspections and diagnosing all building defects. Handling insurance claims and safeguarding freeholder long term interests

Mr Uddin has experience managing relations with all parties on legal disrepairs cases on data, surveys, completion timeline, compensation and final sign off on works. He has worked closely with Legal partners, Claimants, Case managers and Complaints Panel.
