I am a registered Osteopath with over 20 years’ experience of treating Musculo-skeletal injuries. Before qualifying as an Osteopath, I was a practicing Sports Therapist/Masseur (1994 to 2004).

My major areas of interest are road traffic accidents, work-related injuries, occupational injuries, and sports injuries. The other areas I deal with on a regular basis are back, neck and joint pain. I also practice Visceral Manipulation and CranioSacral Therapy.

I have consulted at various professional league football clubs over the past 20+ years.

For several years I lectured as a guest clinician at Preston and Edge Hill Universities. 

I am currently mentoring an Associate Osteopath within my clinic 2.5 days a week.

My experience and reporting skills have been used by various solicitors who have referred their clients for treatment after being involved in personal injury and/or road traffic accident claims. I also use these skills to provide reports to GP's and other medical practitioners. 

To refine my skills, I have recently undertaken specialist training with Bond Solon completing training on Excellence in Report Writing - Written Evidence in May 2022, Courtroom Skills Training - Witness Familiarisation in July 2022. Personal Injury Essentials Part 1 & 2 in June 2023.

Reports are normally completed within 4 - 6 weeks of appointment if all relevant medical records and X-rays are available at the time of consultation.
