Eopinex was set up by Dr Dominic Paviour and Dr Mahinda Yogarajah as a bespoke neurosciences medicolegal practice.

We are a professional, experienced medicolegal practice working with carefully selected experts to provide the highest quality reports.

A clear outline of costs involved from the outset.
A realistic timeframe on any case, from confirmed receipt of instruction to identification of an appropriate expert with your approval, to a date for clinical assessment and then subsequent completion of a report in relation to the claim.
For a reduced fixed fee, a short form preliminary or screening report (not for the court) on the merit of a potential claim.
