With a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to a variety of clients, from pension fund managers and global banks to a wide range of lenders, whilst establishing myself as source of well trusted knowledge, service and professionalism.
Mr Hughes has diverse Valuation experience including;
• Commercial investment portfolios for Regulated Purpose Valuations, totalling approximately £2bn of property assets, reporting directly to fund managers.
• Red Book valuations across London, Surrey and Kent.
• Commercial and Residential valuations for a diverse client base.
• Undertake and execute valuations and detailed reports for Bank clients upon receipt of transactional secured lending instructions.
