Expert Reports and Evidence at Court in compliance of CPR 35, PD 35 – Pre-action Protocol.

Orthopaedics and Musculo-skeletal trauma ( exceptions : spinalfractures with paraplegia, Acetabular fractures requiring reconstruction ),

Time-scale : Appointment within 3 weeks of LOI / Records. Report within 3 weeks thereof.
Fees : Statutory fee for ‘Portal’ cases. Rate for Intermediate/ Multi-Track Instructions at £ 300 p/hr.
