Forensic DocExam Ireland is run by Michael Moore, he has a wealth of experience including over 30 years experience as a Forensic Document Examiner and Handwriting Expert.

Michael is one of the most experienced Document Examiners in Ireland having worked on numerous cases in his years in AGS. He retired as head of the Garda Siochana’s Document & Handwriting Examination Section in 2016.

Michael has also represented AGS as a member of the following EU Working Groups: EDEWG – European Document Experts Working Group, from 1995 to 2016 (Steering Committee member from 2006 to 2012), and ENFHEX – European Network of Forensic Handwriting Experts, from 1996 to 2016. Michael also represented AGS on Europol’s Forgery of Money WG, from 1998 to 2012
