Synergy Orthotic Clinical Services are able to provide their Expert Witness service Nationwide. We offer home visits or access to regular clinics in Central London or Sheffield.
Mr Seccombe is Bond Solon trained via Cardiff University Law School and has Enhanced CRB Status.
All reports are part 35 compliant and include computer gait analysis to help quantify the often subjective nature of the opinions expressed. All reports are full justified and costed. The majority of instructions are for personal injury and clinical negligence matters relating to foot, ankle and lower limb conditions and injuries.
Timescale: All reports are provided within 4 weeks of the consultation date without fail. Depending on location and the Claimant’s availability the waiting time is 1-2 weeks
Instructions: Instructions are received from both Claimant (65%) and Defendant (25%) parties, with the remainder (10%) on a single joint expert basis.
Experience: Synergy Orthotic Clinical Services is run by Stephen Seccombe who has a wide range of clinical expertise gained working as a Clinical Specialist for one of the UK largest Prosthetic and Orthotic service providers to the NHS as well as experience gained in private practice.
