Mr Toby Talbot

Mr Talbot graduated in General Dentistry at Sheffield University. He has considerable expertise in all the fields of Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Endodontics, and is a registered Expert in the same with the UK General Dental Council (registration number 51225). He is currently Clinical Director of the Talbot Clinic and Boca Toothpaste.

Over the last 25 years, Mr Talbot has established a professional fast-track service for the legal community, helping courts, counsel and judges make accurate and well-informed decisions related to dental injuries and dental litigation.

You can expect a consultation appointment for your client within 2-3 days of receiving written instruction. Once the previous medical/dental records are provided, a completed report is provided within 10 working days. Causation, liability, prognosis and quantum are included, often making the courtroom scene unnecessary. Mr Talbot provides reports on behalf of the claimant or defendant.

The Talbot Clinic has all the Covid secure measures in place to allow for continued face to face Consultations for all our Clients. A letter is simply sent to all Clients with a number of Covid related questions beforehand to ensure their safety.
