Mrs Victoria Jenkins

Having over 25 years' experience in the fields of pharmacology and forensic toxicology, Victoria has gained vast experience in the examination of alcohol, drugs and medication related evidence in a broad range of cases. This includes child custody matters, criminal cases for Defence and Prosecution (ranging from drink-driving and drug-driving offences, to assaults, murders and sexual offences), insurance matters such as personal injury, and medical negligence.

She has produced hundreds of detailed reports and has attended Courts nationwide to provide expert advice and testimony on numerous occasions. She has acted as a Single Joint Expert in many cases, and welcomes legal aid work.
