Renard are an independent specialist in area of Disabilities and Disabilty Awareness Training. We have been delivering disability awareness training for nearly 20 years to corporate employers, public sector and not-for-profit organisations. Our policy is that everyone is an individual and we believe that an assessment should be based on individual needs.

Our trainers and experts include Andy Fell, who is an independent disability and assistive technology consultant with almost 20 years extensive experience of all disabilities and age groups. He is a qualified Rehabilitation Officer for the Visually Impaired and since qualifying has lectured on the use, and role of assistive technology in the life of visually impaired people.

Mr Fell is an Expert Witness specialising in assistive technology, he sits on the British Dyslexia Association – Workplace Assessors Professional Review Panel and is a member of the following associations/organisations: National Association Disability Practitioners (MNADP), Associate Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, British Dyslexia Association, Vocational Rehabilitation Association (PRVA), Trustee and Committee member Hampshire Dyslexia Association and The Founding Trustee and Chairman Wetwheels Foundation.
