Mr David Pincott

David Pincott is a Building Consultancy Partner based in London. He specialises in commercial and residential property including dilapidations, due diligence, building surveys, monitoring developments for banks, expert witness reports and a range of work for occupiers such as schedules of condition, cost estimating and the repair, refurbishment and maintenance of buildings.

Working for both landlords and tenants, David prepares schedules of dilapidations and negotiates financial settlements for a broad range of clients in different property sectors. One of his specialisms is monitoring developments for banks including the Eden Project, Canterbury College campus, commercial hotels and large residential projects.

David acts as an Expert Witness in dilapidations and building defects and is a registered member of the RICS Expert Witness Accreditation Service.
