Paul Livock has worked in the area of child and educational psychology since 1978 with extensive experience of the assessment of children and young people in a variety of contexts. He is currently in independent practice, undertaking expert witness assessments for the family court and other formal proceedings, for example Education Tribunals. For the last 7 years, the major focus of his work has been the assessment of parents and children in connection with contested hearings concerning care proceedings, and residence/contact disputes. He has provided over 800 reports to Courts, Educational Tribunals, Child Protection Review Committees, Local Government Committees, Public Inquiries, Central Government Commissions and Standing Committees.
