Chris has worked in Central London in valuation since graduating in 1981. Academic qualifications include a TEC Higher Diploma in Urban Estate Management and Valuation gained from Trent Polytechnic in 1979, following which he obtained a degree in Estate Management from Thames Polytechnic (Greenwich University) in 1981. He achieved the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence in June 2012.
As the former Managing Director of Lamberts Chartered Surveyors he was responsible for the handling of Complaints and Negligence matters and has first-hand experience of mediation and negotiations.
Specific areas of Expertise include negligence in lending valuations and Leasehold Reform Act matters.
