Ian Stanistreet

Ian is Partner and Chairman of Scanlans Property Management LLP and Scanlans Consultant Surveyors LLP who have offices in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London.

Ian has been a partner of Scanlans since joining the practice in 1989 and has had responsibility for property management throughout the practice since then.

Whilst Scanlans Property Management LLP specialises in residential block management, Ian hasconsiderable experience in commercial and traditional residential property management.

Aa Chartered Surveyor Ian has also undertaken commercial and residential valuations, compulsory purchase negotiations, lease renewals and rent reviews. He has been involved in Expert Witness cases involving litigation relating to property management issues

Ian was elected as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987 and elected as a Fellow in 1994.
