Mr Andy Cottle

Andy is a forensic specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in expert witness, dispute advisory and investigations across a wide range of cases and sectors. He has particular expertise in disputes arising from the breakdown of commercial and shareholder relationships, contractual performance and professional negligence.

Andy has been involved in a wide range of forensic cases, ranging from long running multi party litigation down to single issue accounting determinations.

He has testified on approximately 20 occasions. These include LCIA, ICC, DIAC and AAA arbitration hearings in London, Paris, Dubai and Miami and in Court in the UK and the Channel Islands.

He currently splits his time between the UK and Dubai.
