Dr Peter Turkington

I am a specialist in Respiratory Medicine and practise at Aintree University Hospital and Spire Hospital Manchester. I qualified in 1993 (MB ChB) and became a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2003.

I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. I have a subspeciality interest in obstructive sleep apnoea and non-invasive ventilation.

I treat patients with complex respiratory problems including asthma, COPD, lung cancer, fibrosing lung diseases (including occupational lung diseases) and diseases of the pleura (including asbestos related diseases). I have prepared medicolegal reports related to Respiratory Medicine since 2003.
