Sat is National Head of Regional Forensic Accounting Services in the UK and is a leading expert on accounting matters, with over 25 years’ experience.
He regularly works with lawyers to evaluate evidence and provide expert opinions on accounting matters for civil litigation and arbitrations. He has specialist expertise in loss claims from contractual and transactions disputes, including expert determinations, business interruption, competition matters, shareholder disputes, intellectual property damages, warranty claims, completion account disputes and mis-representation claims.
He is a highly recognised expert and also regularly acts as an independent expert to determine accounting and valuation
matters in dispute.
He has experience of international claims in Arbitration and has given evidence in Court and at mediation hearings on numerous occasions and has experience of a wide range of industries and sectors.
