Has worked with dysfunctional families, psychopathic personalities and a variety of disorders such as borderline personalities, learning disabilities, substance abuse and eating disorders and with children in situations of physical, emotional and sexual abuse and their sequelae, as well as Factitious illness (Munchausen) situations and family conflicts such as child alienation; this has been formally evaluated in published, peer review work.
Has particular experience with refugee children and youth consolidated with research in Afghanistan. Has worked with deprived groups in diverse settings across varied cultures and is very experienced in age assessment.
Has a wide range of Medico-legal experience, averaging over 100 instructions per year, and has appeared in Court some 60 times, and produced some 600 reports, in the last three years.
