Preparation of RICS Red Book Valuation reports primarily in the field of Residential, Commercial, Agricultural Land and Property, Deadstock auctioneering; Land & Residential Country house sales and letting; Utilities Land Compensation claims and Compulsory Purchase; Planning & Development matters; Landlord & Tenant issues; Rural property management.
I have carried out many Expert Witness reports of residential, commercial & agricultural property for matrimonial, family, business and partnership scission cases throughout the North West of England.
