Mr Harding has over 40 years experience in the areas of acoustics and noise control. He is Chairman of the Association of Australian Acoustical Consultants, having served in that position for many years. He has lectured in acoustics at RMIT University at under-graduate level and Monash University at post-graduate level for many years. He holds two patents for improvments to methods of noise control. His particular fields of special competence being methods of noise control and assessment of the response of people to intruding noise.
