She has vast experience in Fast Track and Multi-Track Personal Injury cases involving assessing psychiatric injuries in historic child abuse, clinical negligence inc. Birth Injuries, personal injury cases inc. catastrophic RTA’s, complex cases and Equality Act assessments.

Clinical Experience: Working in the inner-city area of Birmingham as the lead Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Pradhan has extensive clinical experience in patients with a range of complex mental health issues often precipitated by social factors and life changing events, violence, physical abuse and substance misuse or who may have suffered from sudden or past traumatic events whether mental, physical or emotional in civil and criminal matters.
This highly relevant and extensive clinical expertise ensures that she is often considered the expert of choice claimants of in the General Adult population where the proven and extensive clinical assessments, diagnosis and prognosis are key in determining which expert is most appropriately experienced in assessing the client in civil and criminal matters.
Dr Pradhan has been appointed on numerous expert witness panels in high profile cases as an expert of choice by both Defendant and Claimant solicitors in high value and contentious cases involving numerous experts and court attendances where clients had been awarded record compensation.
