We have provided expert witness and/or litigation support services to a number of floricultural cases. Additionally, we have mediated or provided support services in many instances of disputes regarding horticultural products, properties, chemical damage and so forth, where these disputes have not proceeded through litigation. In litigation, management of time and expenses are important. Good record keeping, combined with timely reporting is a feature of our work. In complex litigation, assembling appropriate technical information or research data in a timely manner are also critical.
