I am a Consultant in Industrial Psychology and have run a private Psychology practice for the last 20 years. I have also worked in litigation involving the impact of stress and anxieties, done a major research project for a major Bank, related to staff turnover and have been a Research Assistant with London University and Birkbeck College. My main areas of professional interest/expertise include; Anxiety Disorders, CBT, Phobias, Executive Stress, Couple Therapy, Performance Enhancement - executive coaching, organisational behaviour, Sports Psychology, Workshops on performance enhancement/stress, Anger Management and Graduate Supervision and Teaching.
