Paul Fekete

Mr Fekete has trained as a structural engineer in Switzerland and graduated in Sydney, but for the last 12 years most of his time he has been involved with solving problems associated with buildings and structures, while keeping up with developments in design and regulations. He has acted as arbitrator, expert witness, mediator and Court appointed referee, and has been called in to prepare awards, mediate, advise and give a professional opinion on: professional indemnity matters and insurance claims, defective design and or construction, matters in dispute under building contracts, causes of accidents, the stability and safety of structures, swimming pools and fire, flood and earthquake damage.
