Nick is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors and an Associate of the Institute of Mediators and Arbitrators, Australia. He has had over 25 years experience in the building industry and more than 20 years as a Building Surveyor and Building Inspector. He is currently engaged under contract with the Building Commission to act as a Building Inspector, to carry out inspections and prepare independent reports in relation to building defects, when required.
