Dr Rose is a psychiatrist with wide experience in the Public Sector, Private Practice, University Teaching and Medico-legal Practice. He is a medical referee for the Commonwealth of Australia. He is a member of the American College of Sexologists and has taught and practised in this field for over 30 years. He has interests in psychotherapy and post traumatic stress disorder. Dr Rose has done reports for Worker's Compensation and Motor Accident Compensation in five states and for Comcare. He prepares reports for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Superannuation authorities and the Victorian Victims of Crime Assessment Tribunal.
