Has considerable experience of total joint replacement of the hips and knees and as a result has a wide exposure to cases of constitutional degenerative arthrosis of the major joints of the upper and lower limbs, in addition to the spine. He feels confident to be able to distinguish between the changes that are constitutional and those changes that are post traumatic in origin. Is prepared to comment on deformity in childhood and adults and the interplay of deformity with degenerative arthritis. Over 20 years' experience as an expert witness (including court appearances).
