Dr Keogh has a doctorate in the area of forensic psychology and has clinical and research expertise in the area of sex offending, risk assesment and psychopathy. He has wide experience in offender management and was formerly Director of the Collaborative Research Unit with in the NSW Department of Juvenile Justice where he also held the position of Director of Psychological Services for nearly ten years. He is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and a Family Therapist with extensive clinical experience. He has published and co-authored numerous journal articles, monographs and chapters on juvenile offending, sex offending, adolescent mental health, and psychotherapy.
