MERS is a company specialising in resolving workplace conflict. As a registered Industrial Relations Agent with the South Australian Industrial Relations Court we represent clients in unfair dismissals, underpayment of wages and registration of Enterprise Agreements, Certified Agreements and Federal Workplace Agreements. MERS also provides pro-active advice and advocacy service for employers and employees in dealing with award provisions, conditions of employment, policies and procedures in a wide variety of industries. We are regularly engaged to conduct mediations in workplaces in both the private and public sectors to facilitate a return to work of injured workers. Most mediations include workplace conflict caused by harassment, bullying and inappropriate workplace behaviour and inter-personal conflict. MERS can also provide Human Resources advice.
