Mr Dawson has extensive and varied Cost and Quality Management experience in all forms of building and engineering works, materials handling systems etc. He can give expert opinion on the construction of 50 storey buildings down to one room extensions. Deep water harbours, roads, bridges, conveyors, steel fabrication etc. He is expert in various forms of contract, dispute settlement, documentation and implementation of quality systems. Mr Dawson’s expertise includes: Internal Quality Audits, Construction Cost Management, QA Procedures and Manuals, Asset Valuation, Value Engineering, Contract Administration, Estimating and Cost Engineering to AS/NZS/ISO 9002.
