Stephen is the Managing Director of Stephen Callaghan & Associates Pty Ltd - Construction Contract Consultants and Cost Engineers. Since graduating in 1978 Stephen has gained extensive construction contract experience in Australia and overseas. He has advised contractors and principals on major building / civil engineering projects, process engineering, mining and energy projects in respect of quantity surveying / cost engineering issues, contract documentation, contract administration, claims preparation and defence, alternative dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration procedures. Stephen is an accredited mediator, a graded arbitrator and an adjudicator.
