Glen has been involved in valuing commercial and residential real estate for institutions and private clients for over 15 years. He has acted for a diverse range of clients from individuals and non-profit organizations to the major banks. Glen also values and consults on residential and commercial developments and has been instructed on several occasions as the determining valuer by The Law Society and The Real Estate Institute on major lease disputes. Glen has also been called to give evidence as an expert witness in varied jurisdictions.
