The principal of Ashby Bachmann have over 50 years experience in successful systems development and implementation on three continents. The major focus of their work is on project governance and contract management, the process by which risk is identified and managed in complex information technology deployment. They have recently developed a one-day course on Contract Management for the University of Sydney Extension Program focusing on the responsibilities of each party. With experience as vendor, client, consultants and mediator to both, and expert witnesses in IT-related litigation, they understand the roles and responsibilities of the parties as defined by best practice. Both principals are Certified Management Consultants and members of the Institute of Management Consultants of Australia.
