CRT experience comes from sixty years of involvement with refrigerated transport (land and sea) cold chain transport and storage requirements of perishables, storage environments including gas composition and taints. Also from specification and testing of refrigeration equipment and of insulated structures.
We have specialists in refrigeration, food technology, chilling, freezing and thawing, the temperature control of food during storage, land and sea transport, and retail display in the refrigeration and cold storage industries.
Our expert witnesses have court experience and can produce expert evidence reports, following site investigations, where appropriate.
Also available to advise technically on matters of litigation and to take part in arbitration issues or to act as joint single expert to the courts.
