PPCS is an independent, CQC-registered provider offering specialist psychiatric and psychological assessment and treatment, alongside comprehensive medico-legal services.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Consultant Psychiatrists (adult, child and adolescent, and forensic), Neuropsychiatrists, Neuropsychologists, and Clinical and Counselling Psychologists. We support a wide range of instructions across civil and criminal matters, including personal injury, brain injury, trauma and complex mental health presentations.
We provide expert input in areas such as fitness to plead, capacity assessments, care and custody proceedings, and prison visits, as well as reports for insurance and compensation claims.
Treatment services include EMDR, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), supporting conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance misuse, occupational stress and psychosomatic illness, alongside more complex and long-term presentations.
All clinicians are fully registered with their respective professional bodies and bring extensive medico-legal experience, delivering clear, robust and timely reports. We are able to work to agreed service level agreements with defined turnaround times for assessments, reports and treatment.
