James Peter Abbottsmith of Abbottsmith Building Services is a licensed builder, building inspector and pest inspector having obtained Building Consultancy Licenses. Our reports comply with the appropriate Australian standards. We provide expertise in historic buildings, dilapidation surveys, building construction disputes, termite damage reports, pre purchase reports, soil contamination and health assessments of buildings/sites. We possess a broad technical knowledge base including microbiology, soil science and entomology in addition to building, building construction and pest inspections. Our reports include annotated colour photographs and concise description/explanations. We abide by the code of practice for expert witnesses.
