Dr Yolande Lucire is consultant general and forensic psychiatrist in all jurisdictions, Criminal, Civil, Medical Negligence and Family Law. She holds a trans disciplinary PhD in History of Medicine and Medical Anthropology, published as “Constructing RSI: Belief and Desire.” Dr Lucire has published on False or Recovered Memory Syndrome and has refined a Swedish technique for differentiating true from fabricated sexual abuse allegations by the use of Textual Analysis and common sense. Dr Lucire is expert on the adverse side effects of SSRI medications and other medicines whose side effects have not been fully disclosed. This evidence is used in criminal, civil and product liability cases and in the defence of malpractice suits.
