Mr Wilkins has over 30 years experience in Building Surveying, his particular fields of expertise being Building Consultancy and Facilities Management, with an emphasis upon inspection and reporting services regarding building condition and defects for acquisitions, renovations or alterations. He has specialised training and experience in the care and maintenance of buildings against the background of legal and economic issues affecting building development, ownership and occupancy. Building and Project Services (BPS) was establish in 1996 to allow Mr Wilkins to practice as a Building Consultant offering independent professional services in property acquisitions, projects work and property maintenance functions.
