Dr Millar has extensive experience as an expert witness having written over 500 reports, predominantly for the claimant. He holds the Bond Solon Cardiff University Expert Witness Certificate 2007 with update training on CPR Civil Law and Procedure in February 2020.
He has a wide experience of Gastroenterology, Therapeutic Endoscopy and Hepatology. He is particularly interested in the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, pancreatic and biliary disease including ERCP, viral hepatitis, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, including the consequences of gastrointestinal infections, particularly Post-Infective Irritable Bowel syndrome (PI-IBS).
Endoscopic and other investigations can be carried out, if required, for the provision of legal reports.
