Dr David Nathaniel-James

Specialising in the assessment and treatment of neurocognitive, behavioural and emotional changes resulting from traumatic brain injury, neurological disease, learning disability and psychiatric illness.

I hold a doctorate in Neuropsychology and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am on the British Psychological Society's Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists. I have extensive experience in neuropsychological assessment and treatment.

I have been preparing expert witness reports since 1999. On average I prepare 65 medico-legal reports a year which includes people who have suffered a brain injury arising from a road traffic accident, medical negligence, or an industrial accident. Additionally, I have provided reports for employment tribunals and in high profile cases. I am regularly instructed by major firms of solicitors representing Claimants and Defendants.
