I have provided nursing reports for a number and variety of cases each year and these have included cases related to asbestosis, care needs, negligence and manual handling. I have extensive experience in long term care of older people. I have until recently worked for the past 18 years as nurse manager/director in the independent sector. An expert witness with the Bond Solon course, I have extensive knowledge in all aspects of legislation in this area and in associated manual handling and risk assessment.
